LOCAL STUDENTS JOIN 200 OTHERS IN GUARD GRADUATION

More than 200 students from across Louisiana graduated from the state’s National Guard Youth Challenge Program on Saturday.

The graduation was held at The Pentecostals of Alexandria. This brings the total number of Louisiana graduates of the Youth Challenge Program to 8,022

“Cadet of the Cycle” Roy Wyant of Grayson gave the commencement address. The title is given to the cadet who is the most outstanding in his class.
