NATIONAL GUARD PROGRAM GETS TEENS BACK ON TRACK

Martin Yescas dropped out of school halfway through his sophomore year at Cibola High School.
He spent his time "doing drugs, smoking weed and stuff. Pretty much just goofing off."
Now the 17-year-old has his GED high school equivalency certificate, is working at a check-cashing store in Phoenix, and plans to go to college. He credits the Arizona Project ChalleNGe with turning his life around.
